Are Maintenance Programs worth the investment?
Yes, they are!
Like your copier, computers and other important business equipment, your NEMS mailing, shipping and/or addressing systems are an integral part of your business. Downtime effects business performance and client relationships. A NEMS Maintenance Program is peace of mind for you and your clients.
What if I need personal training in using my NEMS equipment?
NEMS personnel are on-call to assist you. Under your NEMS Maintenance Program, we will train employees in the operation and proper care of your purchase.
What preventive maintenance can I expect in a NEMS Maintenance Program?
Your NEMS maintenance Program includes on-call service by qualified technicians utilizing manufacturer-approved tools and techniques. Service include periodic preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, fine-tuning and troubleshooting.
What happens when a problem arises and I need emergency service?
Under a NEMS Maintenance Program, you will receive priority attention by the professional and dedicated NEMS in-house technicians when a service call is placed to our offices. The Maintenance Program covers labor charges, travel time, and key parts (excluding consumable items such as rollers, sponges and brushes).
Our firm does not have an open checkbook and aren't sure we want to expend the money for a Maintenance Program.
Over the course of a year, the labor and parts of even one service call can easily exceed the cost of a Maintenance Program. With a NEMS Maintenance Program, you have the security of knowing that your budget will not be blown away by an unexpected problem with your equipment. Even if repeated service calls are necessary, you are covered.
