It’s internal modular design allows it to be set up to feed perfect bound books up to 1” thick as well as business cards. The Force Flex Feeder is designed to be set up and / or reconfigured to accommodate a multitude of different paper stocks without the use or need of any tools. Primary features include: Positional Separators, Positional Belts, Elevator Belts, Heavy Duty Industrial Construction, Removable Belt Carriage, Variable Speed, & the "Shaker" vibrating rear wedge. Force Flex Technology Feature Advantages: - Force Flex Technology - Utilizing the patented Dynamic Rotation Technology TM separators between the positional belts applies "flex" to the paper and will extend the life of consumable products. Force Flex Technology stabilizes the paper for a smooth transition through the feeder and allows for variable thickness product within the same stack. - Precision Nip Technology - Some products requires a high friction "Nip" point for separation. This feature is obtainable within 1 minute by the operator. - Dynamic Rotation Technology - Adjustable separator rotates a full rotation every 20 minutes of operation to eliminate flat spots. - The "Shaker" - Vibrating Rear Wedge - 2 Minute Belt Change - 14" and 20" Units
